Samiksha spent six years at American Express and BrowserStack — across digital product analytics, customer strategy, and AI-driven growth. At BrowserStack she built CATalyst from scratch: an internal AI analytics platform that 40–50 stakeholders used daily to pull their own insights, eliminating a backlog of analyst requests entirely. She built a GenAI pipeline on sales transcripts that flagged 100+ at-risk deals a week. She built Samlytics independently — an AI revenue intelligence platform now used by 200+ sales team members.

At IOCL, he led the City Gas Distribution project worth ₹439 Cr across four districts of Bihar: 80+ km of pipeline infrastructure, 8,000+ domestic connections, 15+ CNG retail outlets, commissioned ahead of schedule. At Amazon India, he managed daily line-haul operations for 2 lakh+ packages, leading a team of 20+ through five consecutive peak events at 2.5–3x normal scale.
