Avyan is operated by Samiksha Das and Rohit Raj (“we,” “us,” or “our”), founders of Avyan. We design and build custom operational systems for Indian businesses. Our website is avyan.dev.

We collect information only when you actively provide it to us. This includes:

• –Contact form submissions — your name, email address, business description, and any message you write when reaching out through our website.
• –Account information — if you create an account, your email address and any profile details you provide.
• –Usage data — basic analytics such as pages visited and time on site, collected through privacy-respecting tools. We do not use Google Analytics.

We do not collect payment card numbers directly. Any payments are processed through Razorpay, which has its own privacy policy.

We use the information you provide solely to:

• –Respond to your enquiries and discuss your project
• –Deliver the systems and services you have engaged us to build
• –Send updates directly related to an active engagement
• –Improve the quality of our website and services

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not send unsolicited promotional emails.

Contact form submissions are stored in a secure database hosted on Supabase, a cloud infrastructure provider that complies with SOC 2 Type II and GDPR standards. Access is restricted to the Avyan founders only.

We retain contact enquiry data for up to 24 months, after which it is deleted. You may request deletion of your data at any time by writing to legal@avyan.dev.

Our website uses only essential cookies required for basic functionality (such as authentication sessions). We do not use advertising cookies or behavioural tracking cookies.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Some features of the website may not function correctly if cookies are disabled.

We use the following third-party services in operating our website and business:

• –Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure
• –Razorpay — payment processing (if applicable to your engagement)
• –Vercel — website hosting

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them if you have concerns.

You have the right to:

• –Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• –Request correction of inaccurate data
• –Request deletion of your data
• –Withdraw consent to any processing based on consent
